Merscom’s Casual Games to be Offered Through Yummy Interactive
Digital Distribution allows customers new ways to access casual games
CHAPEL HILL, NC – May 31, 2007– Merscom announced today it is partnering with Yummy
Interactive to deliver its games digitally. Games available will include Merscom’s casual titles
D.N.A, Buku Brain Blast and Ball 7.
Working with Yummy, broadband operators can now offers Merscom’s games lineup to their
customers on a subscription model, for rental, as a download purchase or on a try-before-you-buy
basis. This flexibility allows customers multiple ways to enjoy the games while opening different
revenue streams for the broadband provider. Current Yummy partners include Digital River,
Hellenic Telecommunications (OTEnet), StarHub Cablevision Communications, DISCover,
Synacor, Telekomunikacja Polska, S.A. and TELUS Corporation.
